September 20th is National Pepperoni Pizza Day. Pizza is so popular in the USA that there is a National Pizza Day (in February) and a National Cheese Pizza Day (also in September); but I am choosing to celebrate the one that also celebrates my favorite topping! I love it so much, this is the 2nd year in a row I am doing this event! This lunch-time event will take place from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. This event is BYOC (bring your own chair) and BYOP (bring your own pizza) and will be located on the grassy area across from a place where you can get something to eat if you choose to do so. So, come on down and sign the log, say hello and maybe exchange a few trackables. You do not have to purchase anything to attend this event. You don't even have to eat any pizza! But, for anyone who is interested, you are responsible for your own purchase. As we are still in uncertain times, please be considerate of your fellow attendees and wear a mask if you are within 6 feet of someone not in your immediate family. Whatever the current guidelines are on the day of the event, please do your best to comply. As of the date of this event's posting, NYS allows for gathering of up to 50 people. If at anytime prior to the event that it appears more than 50 people will attend, the event will have to be postponed.I will also be raffling off some round, metallic souvenirs to event participants. These little items are about the size of a quarter and were made specifically for this day. Anyone who signs the log can win one, so hope to see you there!
